The project in Stochov is proof that modern construction can be fast, efficient, and aesthetic at the same time. On the site of a former "green field" on sloping terrain, a unique low-energy triple house has emerged, which today forms a landmark in one of the quiet parts of the village.
Speed of implementation and quality of execution
The company Energetická výstavba started the project in 2022. Thanks to precise planning and the deployment of Mr. Jan Lébl's team, the entire building was built, approved, and put into operation in an incredible 8 months.

Comfortable living in a rental format
The houses were designed with an emphasis on generous size and family comfort. After approval, they remained in our portfolio and are used for long-term rentals:
- Layout: 4+kk (4 rooms + kitchenette) for each residential unit.
- Usable area: An impressive 165 m², which offers enough space even for demanding tenants.
- Private gardens: Each house has a 60 m² garden, ideal for relaxation or children's play.
