How it works

At LG STAVBY s.r.o., we implement the entire cycle of a development project on a "turnkey" basis.
Our role consists of the complete management of all construction phases, which guarantees investors an efficient
appreciation of capital within a 12 to 24-month horizon.

From acquisition to project preparation

We initiate the entire process with the careful selection and analysis of suitable land. Subsequently, LG STAVBY s.r.o. secures complete financing in cooperation with banking partners and prepares the project for implementation. This step includes all administration and the setup of the SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) structure to ensure maximum investment security.

Construction and investment appreciation

V další fázi přebíráme plnou zodpovědnost za samotnou výstavbu, ať už jde o menší domy nebo rozsáhlé developerské projekty. Po dokončení stavby se postaráme o prodej hotových jednotek koncovým zákazníkům. Celý tento cyklus od počátku do úspěšného konce obvykle trvá jeden až dva roky.

In the next phase, we take full responsibility for the construction itself, whether it involves smaller houses or large-scale development projects. After the construction is completed, we take care of the sale of finished units to end customers. This entire cycle, from start to successful completion, usually takes one to two years.
